1. What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit, via your browser. Cookies enable your preferences to be remembered on a subsequent visit, your session to be maintained, security measures to be applied and anonymous statistics about how the site is used to be collected. The use of cookies is subject to KVKK No. 6698, the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Internet Publications and the regulations of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). In addition to cookies, our site uses browser local storage (localStorage) items that perform similar functions; unless otherwise stated, the term "cookie" used in this document covers both technologies.
2. Cookie Categories
We classify the cookies used on our site into three categories by purpose: (a) Essential Cookies — required for the core functionality and security of the site; cover session management, cookie-preference recording and security measures. They rely on KVKK Art. 5/2-c (contract performance) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) as legal grounds; explicit consent is not required and they cannot be disabled. (b) Functional Cookies — remember personalisation settings such as theme, language and display preferences; improve your site experience. They rely on your explicit consent and may be disabled. (c) Performance / Statistics Cookies — help us analyse visitor behaviour anonymously and collect page-view statistics. They do not personally identify you. They rely on your explicit consent.
- Always active
Essential Cookies
Maintain your session and your cookie preference. Without these, the site cannot perform its core functions.
- Optional
Functional Cookies
Remember personalisation settings such as your theme (light/dark). If disabled, preferences reset on every visit.
- Optional
Statistics Cookies
Collect anonymous statistics on which pages are visited. Do not personally identify you and are not shared with third parties.
3. Classification by Duration
Cookies are divided into two main groups by their duration on your device: Session Cookies — active only during your browser session; deleted automatically when you close the browser. Generally used for session management and temporary operations. Persistent Cookies — remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. Used for remembering preferences, user recognition and long-term settings. The duration of every cookie used on our site is set out separately in the Cookie Inventory table below.
4. First-Party and Third-Party Cookies
First-Party Cookies — cookies placed directly by the website you are visiting (i.e. FTK Group). All our essential and functional cookies are first-party. Third-Party Cookies — cookies that may be placed by other domains delivering embedded services on our site (e.g. embedded video, map, analytics service). At present, no third-party cookies are placed on our site; should third-party cookies be enabled in future for analytics or similar purposes, the inventory table will be updated and your consent will be obtained through the cookie consent panel.
5. Cookie Inventory
All cookies and browser local-storage items actively used on our site are listed in the table below, with name, provider, purpose, category and retention period. The table is updated when a new cookie is added or an existing one is removed.
Below are all cookies and browser local-storage items used on this site.

6. Third-Party Services and Data Transfer
Should we in future use third-party analytics services (e.g. Vercel Analytics) to measure and improve site performance, those services process your IP address in anonymised form, do not personally identify you, do not perform advertising tracking and do not share collected data with advertising networks. When third-party cookies are enabled, this section and the inventory table will be updated, and you will need to consent to those cookies via the cookie preference panel. The privacy and cookie policies of third-party providers are governed by their own terms and may be reviewed on the relevant providers' websites.
7. Managing Cookie Preferences via the Site
On your first visit you can set your preferences via the Cookie Consent Banner displayed at the bottom of the page. "Accept All" gives consent to essential, functional and statistics cookies. "Essential Only" enables only those cookies necessary for the site to function; optional cookies are disabled. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage; the banner is not shown again on your next visit. To change your preference, use the "Reset Cookie Preferences" button at the bottom of this page; the action removes your consent and prompts you to make a fresh choice as if it were a first visit.
8. Managing Cookie Preferences via Your Browser
You can also manage, restrict or block cookies entirely through your browser settings. To reach cookie settings in common browsers: Google Chrome — Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data; Mozilla Firefox — Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data; Apple Safari — Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data; Microsoft Edge — Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data. Mobile devices follow similar paths. If you block essential cookies through your browser, basic site features such as session management and preference recording may not work.
9. Do Not Track Signals
"Do Not Track" is a feature offered by some browsers that signals to websites that the user does not want to be tracked. As there is no standardised practice, Do Not Track signals are interpreted in different ways across the industry. Our site supports Do Not Track and, when the signal is enabled, performance/statistics cookies are not loaded; only essential cookies remain active.
10. Children's Data
Our site is a corporate B2B website whose target audience is professionals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18. If we become aware that data belonging to a minor has been sent to us, that data will be deleted unless there is guardian consent or a legal basis. If you believe your child has shared data with us, please notify us at info@ftkgrup.com.tr.
11. Policy Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated by the Company at any time in line with regulatory changes, Personal Data Protection Authority decisions, changes to the technologies we use or updates to our service processes. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on this page and replaces previous versions. Where the policy is materially changed, the cookie consent banner may be shown again and your consent may be renewed.
12. Contact
For any questions, requests or feedback about our Cookie Policy, the cookies we use or the management of your preferences, please contact us at info@ftkgrup.com.tr. To exercise your rights under KVKK, please follow the procedure set out in the "How to Apply" section of the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure.
