We're looking for an experienced field engineer to join our highway infrastructure projects, managing on-site execution of bridge and viaduct fabrication and coordinating the field-level application of our quality and occupational-safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Site coordination of bridge deck, viaduct span and engineering-structure fabrication
- Running production, assembly and quality control processes in line with the project schedule
- Daily work planning and performance tracking of subcontractor teams
- Implementing on-site occupational-safety procedures; managing daily reporting and site meetings
- Maintaining technical coordination with client (KGM/DSİ etc.) site representatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- At least 3 years of on-site experience in bridge, viaduct or engineering-structure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic structural-analysis tools
- Knowledge of KGM/DSİ technical specifications
- Available for site rotation and travel
- Team-oriented, solution-driven and accountable
- Class B driving licence
